Return, Exchange & Upgrade Policy

Due to the medical, hygienic, and customized nature of our products (such as hearing devices and related equipment), we maintain a strict No Return Policy. However, we do provide exchange or upgrade options under the conditions below.
- No Return Policy
All products sold are non-returnable once delivered.
We do not offer refunds for any purchases.
- 7-Day Exchange Eligibility
Product exchange may be permitted within 7 days of delivery only if all conditions below are met:
- The exchange request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product is:
- In proper working condition
- Free from physical or liquid damage
- Not misused or altered
- The product must be returned with:
- Original packaging
- All accessories
- Invoice/bill copy
- Exchange is allowed only once per purchase.
- All exchanges are subject to technical inspection and approval.
- 7-Day Product Upgrade Option
Customers may upgrade their product within 7 days of purchase.
- Upgrade is only allowed to a product of equal or higher value.
- The customer must pay the price difference.
- The current device must pass a working-condition inspection.
- Upgrade approval is subject to product evaluation.
- Damaged or Defective on Arrival (DOA)
If a product is delivered damaged or not functioning:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos as evidence
- After verification, we will provide replacement or exchange only (no refunds)
- Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange/upgrade will not be accepted if:
- Request is made after 7 days
- Product is physically damaged due to mishandling
- Serial number or warranty seal is tampered
- Product has liquid damage, burns, or unauthorized repair
- Product is incomplete (missing accessories/packaging)
- Warranty Support
After the 7-day exchange window, all issues will be handled strictly under the manufacturer’s warranty terms, not under return/exchange policy.
