Return, Exchange & Upgrade Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.

Due to the medical, hygienic, and customized nature of our products (such as hearing devices and related equipment), we maintain a strict No Return Policy. However, we do provide exchange or upgrade options under the conditions below.

  1. No Return Policy

All products sold are non-returnable once delivered.
We do not offer refunds for any purchases.

  1. 7-Day Exchange Eligibility

Product exchange may be permitted within 7 days of delivery only if all conditions below are met:

  • The exchange request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product is:
    • In proper working condition
    • Free from physical or liquid damage
    • Not misused or altered
  • The product must be returned with:
    • Original packaging
    • All accessories
    • Invoice/bill copy
  • Exchange is allowed only once per purchase.
  • All exchanges are subject to technical inspection and approval.
  1. 7-Day Product Upgrade Option

Customers may upgrade their product within 7 days of purchase.

  • Upgrade is only allowed to a product of equal or higher value.
  • The customer must pay the price difference.
  • The current device must pass a working-condition inspection.
  • Upgrade approval is subject to product evaluation.
  1. Damaged or Defective on Arrival (DOA)

If a product is delivered damaged or not functioning:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos as evidence
  • After verification, we will provide replacement or exchange only (no refunds)
  1. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange/upgrade will not be accepted if:

  • Request is made after 7 days
  • Product is physically damaged due to mishandling
  • Serial number or warranty seal is tampered
  • Product has liquid damage, burns, or unauthorized repair
  • Product is incomplete (missing accessories/packaging)
  1. Warranty Support

After the 7-day exchange window, all issues will be handled strictly under the manufacturer’s warranty terms, not under return/exchange policy.

  1. Shipping for Exchange/Upgrade

Customers may need to send the product to our service center.
